Cleveland Bourbon Co-op is thrilled to partner with Lizardville Bedford to offer an exclusive dinner and Old Elk whiskey tasting with Master Distiller and industry legend Greg Metze on November 15th at 7:15 PM at Lizardville in Bedford Hts.
Tickets are $105, which includes tax and gratuity.

1st course – palate setter – whiskey only – Old Elk Straight Bourbon
2nd course – Old Elk Wheated Bourbon
Raspberry Walnut Salad – A bed of spinach topped with dried cranberries, toasted walnuts, mandarin oranges, crumbled feta cheese, grape tomatoes and sliced red onion. Tossed in Raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
3rd course – Old Elk Wheat Whiskey
Crispy chicken wings tossed in a honey garlic sauce.
4th course – Old Elk Infinity Blend
Roast pork loin topped with apple bacon chutney. Served with mashed potatoes and green bean almondine.
5th course – Old Elk Sherry Cask
Pecan pie with bourbon vanilla whipped cream.
