We are happy to announce Our second Whiskey Dinner!
This is a Very Special Booker's Dinner in the Barrel Room at Lizardville Bedford location, on Thursday Oct 6th at 6:30 pm, with amazing food and extremely limited whiskeys that most of us have never gotten to try. There are only 24 tickets. You must purchase your tickets immediately to reserve your space. Your tickets are non refundable although you may transfer it. The whiskeys are one ounce pours.
They will be serving the following:
Palette setter - Baker's 7 year OHLQ pick
Salad Course - Booker's 25th Anniversary with a Thai Peanut Salad – Mixed greens, cucumber, diced red peppers, Mandarin oranges, sliced strawberries, rice noodles, crispy chicken strips tossed in a Thai peanut sauce, blood orange vinaigrette dressing
Main Course - Bookers 30th Anniversary with Surf and Turf – Prime rib with French onion au jus, lobster tail, loaded twice baked potato, parmesan crusted squash.
Dessert Course - Booker's Rye with Pumpkin Cheesecake – cream cheese, pumpkin, pecans, graham cracker crust.
$220 per ticket would cover bourbons, food, tax, and gratuity for this dinner and $100 will be donated to Special Wish.
